Salary: CHF 100’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:

🔍 You Should Have
Python in your blood. LangChain, Transformers, LangSmith — we assume you’ve touched them.
Agentic systems experience — not just chatbots, but agents that do things.
Experience with vector search, retrieval pipelines, and structured knowledge integration.
Comfort working across Python and Node.js.
A hacker’s mindset with a product sense — you build fast and you build smart.
Bonus: voice interfaces, crawling tools, observability stacks — we’ll high-five you for it.

Responsibilities:

🛠️ What You’ll Actually Do
This ain’t a Kaggle playground. You’ll be:
Integrating cutting-edge LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, DeepSeek — whatever gets the job done).
Building memory-augmented agents that feel like a boardroom genius in your pocket.
Architecting real-world ingestion flows — markdown, PDF, structured data — the works.
Deploying and tuning voice agents that don’t sound like awkward call center bots.
Monitoring performance with observability tools so you know when shit breaks before we do.
Working directly with founders and enterprise clients. No PMs shielding you from reality.
