About this role
About the Role:
We’re hiring Senior Requirements Engineers to support a global R&D initiative focused on harmonizing product range requirements across mechatronic products and multiple software platforms (mobile app, cloud, OS). You will consolidate complex requirements, resolve inconsistencies, and support a migration from Jira to Codebeamer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and consolidate stakeholder & system requirements
- Structure and maintain requirements in Codebeamer (Codebeamer experience is a plus)
- Resolve unclear/conflicting requirements and drive clean-up
- Create UML diagrams and modular/scalable requirement structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support change impact assessments
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in system/stakeholder requirements engineering
- Strong consulting mindset, analytical thinking, and independent work style
- Experience with interdisciplinary stakeholder management
- Proficiency in UML and modular design of reusable functional blocks
- 3–5 years generalist software engineering background + ALM/requirements tools
- Degree from ETH/Technical University (software, mechatronics, engineering)
- English: Business fluent; German is a plus
