About this role

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

Good communication skills with sensibility to an international environment
Technical education in telecommunications with knowledge of mobile networks
Experience with SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS protocols, and roaming technology
English proficiency in both verbal and written communication; other languages are a plus
Team spirit and willingness to do on-call duty service
Communicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment

Responsibilities:

Support of our international mobile operator customers for Comfone's IPX and roaming hub services
Handling of customer inquiries for troubleshooting, service performance analysis and reporting
Testing and documentation of customer services
Monitoring of Comfone international networks (SS7, Diameter, GRX) and service systems (STPs, DRAs, roaming hub)
On-call duty service for 24/7 emergency support
