Junior AI Researcher

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• Must already be based in Zurich, Switzerland

• Background in scientific research, ideally with exposure to AI or machine learning topics
• •
• Fast learner with the ability to grasp new methodologies and technical concepts
• •
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Validate frameworks using real-world AI incidents and adapt them based on feedback
• •
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align research with data and customer needs
• •
• Represent the team in internal discussions and external events such as conferences
