Hardware Engineer
About this role
Salary: CHF 80’000 - 100’000 per year
Requirements:- • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- • At least 3 years of professional experience
- • Proficiency in eCAD tools, preferably Altium
- • Familiarity with design control processes within highly regulated fields, ideally the medical sector
- • Experience with product lifecycle and change management
- • Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly processes and test methodologies
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines
- • Team oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- • Provide product care and hardware improvements for existing products through continuous refinement and the introduction of innovative technology solutions
- • Coordinate and manage suppliers of third-party electronics manufacturers, ensuring product quality and compliance
- • Lead obsolescence management activities with external electronics partners to maintain production continuity
- • Take ownership of electronics designs including schematics, PCB layout creation, and associated data management
