About this role

Salary: CHF 100’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Go and solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
Knowledge of databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and version control (Git).
Background in blockchain, cryptography, or distributed systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency in C++ or Rust is a plus.
Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) or backend technologies (Node.js, Django, ASP.NET) is a plus.
A basic understanding of Bitcoin / UTXO-based blockchain is very desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop backend services in Go, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
