Customer Loyalty Consultant

Are you a customer service professional with a knack for solving complex inquiries and a passion for loyalty programs? Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a Customer Loyalty Consultant to support our client in Zurich.

This is a 6-month contract starting in March 2026, with a strong possibility for extension. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy "leveling up" the customer experience, this is the role for you. 

The Role

As part of a brand-new team, you will act as the specialist point of contact for 2nd-level inquiries regarding the loyalty program. You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be performing deep-dive analyses and developing independent solutions for complex cases.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Problem Solving: Handle inquiries that cannot be resolved by standard customer service via telephone and written correspondence.

  • System Navigation: Conduct checks across various platforms (Clarify, Techsee, etc.) and manage IT ticketing as needed.

  • Process Management: Maintain the Loyalty Input Queue and ensure all orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the development of existing business and system processes to enhance the service.

 

Your Profile

We are looking for a resilient, enthusiastic communicator who can handle difficult situations with diplomacy. You will need to bring structure with the ability to treat each request separately and not simply offer the same solution to similar requests.

 
  • Experience: Proven background in call centers or customer service, complemented by formal training in the field.

  • IT Savvy: Very good skills in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ticket-based workflows.

  • Language Skills: German is essential. Additional proficiency in English, French, or Italian is a distinct advantage.

  • Soft Skills: A stylish approach to correspondence, strong assertiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
