Co-Leitung Psychotherapie (60-100%)

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• An open-minded and team-oriented personality willing to take on responsibilities.
• A degree in psychology with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Possession of a professional practice license (BAB) for the canton of Zurich.
• Prior leadership experience with an interest in developing team members.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration and working on an equal footing.

Responsibilities:

• Diverse role as a co-leader in a dynamic team.
• Involvement in developing a young company with ample room for creativity.
• Co-leading in selected areas of competence, including clinical and personnel responsibilities.
• Supervision, intervision, and case discussions for psychotherapists in training.
• Responsible for diagnostics and therapy in outpatient settings.
• Establishing and organizing a client base.
