Cisco UCC Operations Engineer

You will play a central role in service operations and technical support for demanding Cisco UCC environments. You will handle challenging customer requirements with the aim of ensuring the stability and reliability of our services. You will contribute your expertise in close cooperation with our Cisco CUCM and Webex project teams, as well as the operations teams for telephony (SIP), networks (LAN/WAN), and the manufacturer Cisco. Your contribution will ensure first-class service for our customers who entrust us with the operation of their VoIP telephony.

• Responsibility for Cisco collaboration environments for our B2B customers in healthcare, finance, and the public sector
• Management and implementation of cloud products, both in public and private cloud environments, including Webex Calling
• Close collaboration with our Cisco CUCM and Webex project teams and the telephony and network operations teams
• Development and implementation of improvements to optimize customer communication solutions

Your skills

• Technical degree (university/technical college/university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications and collaboration as an ICT system operations engineer
• CCNP certification and other Cisco certifications are an advantage
• Strong customer service skills and an implementation-oriented approach to work
• Ability to identify complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Very good written and spoken French, as well as good knowledge of German or English
