Requirements:
- Basic training in the restaurant sector
- Leadership experience in a similar environment, with a pleasant customer interaction
- High social competence with a quick perception and good analytical skills
- Convincing and engaging personality with strong motivation and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of French
Responsibilities:
- Weekly co-management of operations and staff scheduling based on demand, optimizing stock, and preparing monthly reports
- Responsibility for the professional development of each employee
- Planning personnel deployment focused on demand according to visit frequency and effective goods management
- Actively overseeing daily work teams at the counter and in the kitchen, as well as continuously optimizing operational procedures and processes
