About this role
Active Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search strategies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the process from intake meetings with hiring managers to job offers and pre-onboarding.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct phone and video interviews in French, English, or German based on candidate background.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain the ATS and track key recruitment performance metrics (KPIs).
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in Talent Acquisition or agency recruiting, with expert mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
Languages: Trilingual fluency (C1/C2) in written and spoken French, English, and German.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, organization, and negotiation abilities.
