On behalf of our client, a prestigious and globally leading specialist in alternative investments based in the Greater Zurich Area, Randstad is looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and self-motivated professional to join their Private Markets Financial Operations team. Your Responsibilities
NAV & Reporting Oversight: Manage, review, and sign off on Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and investor reporting processes for various private market funds and mandates.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve work completed by team members as well as internal and external service providers.
Audit Coordination: Act as a key liaison and support audit coordination across private market funds.
Global Collaboration: Coordinate investment controlling activities with global cross-functional teams and build strong internal stakeholder relationships.
Process & Controls Improvement: Review, enhance, implement, and enforce robust internal controls and workflows within the controlling team.
Strategic Initiatives: Actively participate in strategic enhancement projects and provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Private Equity fund accounting, fund controlling, or fund auditing.
Qualifications: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA / Swiss CPA) qualification is strongly preferred.
Key Skills: Strong accounting background, sharp analytical skills, and a proven flair for complex financial analysis.
Soft Skills: High level of detail orientation, strong sense of responsibility, open mindset, and a collaborative team-first attitude.
Languages: business fluent English is required. Fluent German and French is a nice-to-have asset.
