Technical Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

For our client, an international company based in  Baden, we are looking for a Technical Training Coordinator (m/f/d).

General Information:

 

• Start: 01.09.2025 or ASAP

• Duration: Initial contract of 4 months with extension option based on performance

• Workplace: Baden

• Workload: 100%

• Remote/Home Office: Fully remote work possible, the candidate must be located in CH

Tasks & Responsibilities:
 

• Build engaging, blended learning programs based on adult learning principles

• Develop e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, or Easygenerator

• Integrate AI-supported personalization and smart learning recommendations

• Define competency models and align training content with role-based frameworks

• Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and L&D teams to identify needs and co-create impactful solutions

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and modern platforms to enhance the learner experience

• Contribute to the development of intuitive, tech-enabled learning interfaces

• Produce video-based learning assets with tools like Camtasia, Vyond, and Canva

• Create microlearning content, localize materials, and optimize formats for digital platforms

• Act as a learning advisor to divisions and functions across Operations

• Maintain internal knowledge hubs on platforms like SharePoint, Viva Engage, or Teams

• Support training communications through newsletters, infographics, and tools like Mailchimp and Figma

• Measure performance through dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and Excel

• Analyze training effectiveness (NPS, completion, engagement) to provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

 

• A degree in Education, Learning Technologies, HR, or a strong interest in training and learning

• Expertise in corporate training, instructional design, and adult learning principles

• Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Easygenerator) or video editing and multimedia production (Vyond, Camtasia)

• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms

• Strong data and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI and Excel

• Certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Tech, or Media Production would be a plus 

• Experience with AI-powered learning tools or automation would be ideal

• A background in Operations, manufacturing, or technical/industrial training is strongly preferred

•  

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are highly desired

• Proven ability to lead projects in global and matrixed environments is advantageous
