For our client, an international company based in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Manager Delivery Projects (m/w/d).
As a Project Engineer – Gas-Insulated Switchgear, you will play a key role in the technical execution and project management of GIS solutions for clients. From initial planning through to on-site support during final assembly, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions on time and within scope.

- Duration: 5-6 months (with a possibility for extension or a permanent position)

Your responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and technical documentation for gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) systems
- Prepare and manage all documents required for ordering, fabrication, assembly, and customer delivery
- Coordinate and communicate technical solutions with customers and internal engineering, production, and quality teams
- Manage technical communications internally and externally throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project execution, including the configuration and procurement of required materials
- Take ownership of project budgets, timelines, and scope of delivery
- Analyze and document quality issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support during the entire project phase up to completion of on-site assembly
- Attend occasional customer meetings and site visits as needed
Your qualifications:
- Experience in project planning and technical detailing of gas-insulated switchgear or similar high-voltage equipment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, as well as configuration and material management
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both customers and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost, time, and scope management
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality management
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or customer meetings
