You are just 5 minutes away from the Zürich-Wiedikon railway station and shops as well as tram and bus stops are just a few steps away. The Zurich main railway station is reachable within 5 minutes by the S-Bahn train or within 10 minutes by tram. From the highway the apartments are reachable within 2 minutes.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM OWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.
