Just a 12-minute tram ride from the centre of Zürich, Lake Zürich and the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, California House is located in a residential area and offers studios with kitchenette, free WiFi and wired internet access and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some rooms have a balcony.

A weekly cleaning service plus linen and towel change are included in the rates.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost in the restaurant located at the ground floor.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM OWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.
