Service Technical LeadLocation: Zürich, SwitzerlandFull timeOffice jobWe are looking for a professional with 5+ years of Service experience to join our project for a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.Responsibilities of the job:
- Steer the project on technical front
- Lead and own Service deliveries - Expectation to support with complex topics like interfaces
- Guide, mentor and train team members
- Define and implement best practices
- Technical Stakeholder Management - Interface with customer stakeholders depending on the affected platform topic.
- Asking for architectural reviews related to developments in a timely manner
- Listening to their recommendations, leading technical discussions and advising/guiding the development team on the same
- Participate in Design, development and deployment phases in Service
- Review team activities
- Conduct trainings on Service
- Conduct and document due-diligence for customer tools, process and projects
Required skills and experience:
- Service Implementation Specialist & Admin certification
- od understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience on core Service modules like – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Kledge Management, Service Request Management
- Experience on Java script
- Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience in creating and modifying workflows
- Experience in design, development and deployment in Service
- Experience in documentation and review activities
- Experience in complex data migration
- Excellent experience on Service integrations
- Experience in ESC Portal implementation would be a huge plus
- Experience in creating custom applications
- Exposure to Discovery and modules like PPM and Release Management
- Excellent experience in creating customer reports and dashboards
- Experience on Service foundation data management and data modelling
- Experience on LDAP integration
- Ability to create templates for foundation data, CMDB etc.
Technical Expertise :
- Creation of script based assignment and approval rules.
- Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.
- Creation of Glide Record object
- Creation of custom related list.
- Creation of Access Control List with the help of Scripting.
- Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script.
- Debugging script
- Creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly
- Working with complex Log Files.
- Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service-.com with the help of Jelly
- Designing of Macros and Formatters.
- User Administration
- Web Service Integration
- Integration with tools, applications and systems
- Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-.com
Soft Skills:
- od communication and interpersonal skills
- od written language and documentation skills
- Ability of written and speaking English is a must, German language skills would be an advantage
