HR Business AnalystLocation:     Zurich  (possibility for some remote work)Start date:   ASAPEnd date:    30/06/2023  (+ext. possibility)Languages: English (fluent), German (highly advantageous)Workload:   100%  For our international client in the financial services industry we are looking for a communicative, service and solution oriented personality as HR Business Analyst for a contract role in Zurich.  Project description:The engagement of the business analyst will be most likely in the context of the HR Connect application. HR Connect is the new HR business solution powered by the cloud-based technology of Workday Overview of responsibilities:

  • Being responsible as a technical SME for the Core HCM module in Workday 
  • Strong collaboration with other technical SMEs 
  • Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation 
  • Being a troubleshooter 
  • Analyse data discrepancies and improve data quality

 Absolute must have

  • Profound kledge in the Workday application,  especially in the following functional modules: 

          – Workday Core HCM           – Workday Security  

  • Analytical and networked thinking as well as high resilience and willingness to learn  
  • Ability to select and judge relevant information 
  •  Great problem-solving skills  
  • Intercultural Competence to treat requests properly from around the world  
  • Thorough coordination and organization skills  
  • Independent and accurate working style  
  • Committed, assertive and communicative personality  
  • Strong client and quality orientation  
  • Strong team spirit  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)  
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
