For our international banking client in the center of Zurich, we are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic person for a permanent or temporary position. In this role you will support the Customer Relationship Manager in advising and supporting wealthy private and family clients and in building and expanding client relationships. In addition, you will take on special organizational tasks for the Head Front Office.

Senior Assistant Front Office LATAM (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the execution of client orders by the bank and third-party banks
  • You will provide the necessary support for account opening and closing processes
  • Liaison with clients and daily support functions for e-banking set-up, information requests and reconciliations as well as other tasks are a matter of course for you
  • You will provide support in the control of compliance issues related to CRM and also help your other colleagues with their CRM questions
  • Forwarding stock exchange orders and/or FOREX orders to the team are your daily tasks
  • You will skillfully process account openings for private and corporate accounts and support them until the account is opened
  • You will correspond with customers and offer solutions
  • Managing customers' cash balances and reporting any changes to foreign currency or unauthorized overdrafts to your line manager are core parts of your role
  • You ensure the updating of electronic customer data
  • Supporting the banker in customer presentations and preparing customer documents (during visits) is a matter of course for you


  • You have a degree in banking or an equivalent diploma
  • A few years of professional experience in this or a similar role is a must
  • You have a sound kledge of banking
  • Fluency in English is a Must
  • Spanish or German would be a great advantage
  • You are characterized by a networked way of thinking, diligence and reliability
  • You are a solid, resilient and proactive personality
