Overview of RoleThis is a full-time position in the Investment team of the Wealth Management division. The team creates and presents investment publications, podcasts and interviews to sell the Bank's investment offering to its prospects and clients via multiple channels including the Bank's Wealth Insights page. Examples include: A response to Covid-19, The Future of Work, Mosaique Views, Combining Business with Humanity.The role will be based in Zurich or Geneva, with some travel (1-2 times per month) and with a degree of flexibility regarding home / work arrangements (2 days / 3 days). od people skills are essential as the role requires collaborating with a wide range of people internally and externally in person or virtually. The role will report to the Head of Investments / CIO. As part of the Bank's investment offering the team is expected to support the strategic cross-selling of products from Merchant Banking (private equity and debt funds), Asset Management (thematic funds); and Global Advisory (investor advisory) services.Responsibilities

  • Leading on the delivery of Wealth Insights, After-Sales and Market Communications internally to Client Advisers and externally to Prospects and Clients for Rothschild & Co Wealth Management Switzerland.
  • Managing a cross-border team in Switzerland and Germany collaborating with investment teams across Discretionary, Advisory and Private Market offerings in the delivery of investment content.
  • Own and build a strategic content pipeline including budgeting for delivery of investment communications and obtain sign-off from senior management, working closely with the CIO and Head of Front Offices. Coordinate with the Bank's PR Agency on the strategic development of investment content for media publishing.
  • Tailor and deliver investment communications which support different regional needs across German, Luxembourg, Spanish and potentially other regional offices.
  • Interviews - Attending internal and external interviews with analysts, investor relations officers and subject matter experts and preparing external client-facing articles to be published.
  • Podcasts- Planning, storyboarding and interviewing investment specialists to create engaging investment content.
  • Presenting - presenting regularly at our investment meetings to sales teams on latest developments across the investment platform.

Education and Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of investment and sales / marketing experience in financial services;
  • The candidate must have the ability to develop high-impact content that resonates with private client and prospect audiences
  • The candidate must have proven management skills and effective written and communication skills
  • Diligence in managing projects and a very strong attention to detail

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Strong writing and presentation skills with experience in publishing
  • Strong sense of creativity as well as organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
  • Excellent English, French skills (written and spoken), German is an asset
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with business units across
    Rothschild &Co.
