SUMMARYThis is a key HR position in the Zurich office working in tight collaboration with the Staffing Team to ensure best possible staffing and utilization of office resources. As Staffing Specialist, you will report to the Staffing Manager. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Maintain a transparent, accurate, and up to date overview of current and future staffing assignments, holidays, training, and availability of all consulting staff
  • Support the Staffing Team in ensuring optimal staffing decisions by balancing the needs of all parties involved in the staffing process (i.e. partners, clients, and individual consultants), making complex trade-offs as required
  • Assure transparent and clear communication and motivation of all staffing decisions to the partners and individual consultants
  • Keep close links to the Regional and Global staffing networks to ensure local needs for imported staff are met and opportunities for local staff to work abroad are identified
  • Close collaboration with the work permit department
  • Conduct analyses and produce reports/updates as required
  • Support in other HR areas


  • Staying on top of things and communicating proactively between various stakeholders

  • Commercial apprenticeship or higher education
  • At least three years of relevant experience in a related area in an international environment, experience in a professional services business is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to deal with a high-volume workload
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with senior management
  • Able to build strong & credible relationships with all levels of staff
  • High motivation and flexibility
  • High level of integrity, discreetness, and trust
  • Accurate and 100% reliable

  • Full command of all MS office related programs
  • Fluency in German and English, French nice to have
