HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Be the main PO services contact person for all our employees and team leads (managing all first-level questions)
  • Own our global on- and offboarding process independently and ensure the best starting experience for our new employees
  • Contribute to important PO projects such as employer branding, organising fairs or company events
  • Maintain our internal k-how sharing platforms and develop them to the next level
  • Creating contracts, work references and other documents ensuring compliance with Swiss and international labour law and regulations
  • Manage payroll for CH, Croatia, US and other internationals through our external providers/accountants
  • Maintain our internal HRIS Bamboo, ensuring it is always up-to-date and accurate
  • Contribute to establishing new attractive PO policies and processes
  • Help with recruiting efforts depending on previous experience

Requirements

  • 3 + years experience in a similar operational HR role in an international environment
  • Further education in HR (e.g. eidg. HR Fachfrau / Assistant or similar)
  • od kledge of Swiss labour law
  • od user kledge of HR tools and solid IT user skills (e.g. ogle Workspace)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation
  • Well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
