For a innovative consulting firm, working with ambitious leaders globally in Life Sciences, we are looking for an HR Generalist. The company is a fast-growing business with offices inGermany, Switzerland, U.K. and the U.S. The headquarters are in Zug.Tasks: 

  • Working directly with the HR Manager and being part of projects, contributing to ensure a great employee experience 
  • Liaise with external partners (payroll providers, insurances and benefit providers) for all HR operational matters
  • Absence management and support the organization and maintenance of personnel records
  • Contact for all employees on HR Operations questions related to the employee lifecycle 
  • Responsible for a continuous update of all org. charts
  • Support additional functional and cross-functional projects like the implementation of an HRIS system
  • Employee Onboarding (manage onboarding calender, set up sessions, document management, 
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is available to process onboarding to payroll in four different jurisdictions (Switzerland, UK, USA and Germany)
  • General HR Administration

Your profile: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations and a university degree or equivalent
  • Very good kledge in implementing new procedures and processes
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under deadline pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience in working with a HRIS system and G-Suite systems 
  • Fluent in English, German is is a plus
