The role is based in our Zug office, Switzerland, as per or by appointment. Responsibilities

  • General office management tasks
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Organisation of social office events
  • Supporting the Operations Team in general issues such as administration of contracts, supply logistics, etc.
  • Providing general secretarial and administrative support during different projects
  • Administration and reordering of office supplies

Experience and Qualifications

  • Completed commercial education
  • Fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus)
  • Experienced working in a similar role preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Organizational talent and service oriented attitude
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
