Main Responsibilities:

  • Central contact point for the customer/affiliate within JJCE
  • Negotiation partner within JJCE for managing customer relations and commitments
  • Complaint handling
  • Link with Marketing Department and co-ordination with JJCE Logistics Planner to integrate new products into the logistics processes
  • Demand management for the customer/affiliate
  • Processing of orders in English
  • Independent entry of all customer orders on the same day in high service quality
  • Receiving, processing and invoicing consumption reports
  • Invoicing and issuing credit notes
  • Close cooperation with internal departments (warehouse, pricing, sales, product manager)
  • General administrative tasks


Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar function
  • Commercial education, preferably also in combination with a degree in business administration, SCM or logistics
  • Process understanding for customer service and supply chain in an international environment
  • High customer and process orientation with an open and an ambitious attitude
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills as well as rhetorical skills
  • Willingness to build strong customer relationships for business and personal improvement
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Experienced handling of Office programs, especially Excel
  • SAP kledge preferably as advantage

This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited until April 2023 with the option for extension.
