Your responsibilities

  • Managing the entire personnel administration within the employee life-cycle (entries, mutations, time management, exits, etc.)
  • Provide support in on-going HR Projects 
  • Support to the HR Business Partners in their daily tasks and the provision of various documents
  • Contact person for administrative HR questions from employees and line managers

Your qualifications & experience

  • Commercial education with appropriate HR training e.g. Personnel Assistant
    or similar
  • > 3 years of professional experience in Personnel Administration and Project support
  • Impeccable MS Office skills, S/4HANA and Workday an asset
  • Very good kledge of German and English
  • Willingness to provide high quality service
  • Ability to work in an independent way in a fast paced environment
  • Pro-active working style, communicative and resilient
  • Be able to work in a multicultural environment as a team player
