This might spark your interest! Background:Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organization responsible for Technical Services in the Diagnostics Division. GCS supports the service organizations of our client affiliates and the Lifecycle-Teams. The Project & Lifecycle vernance team within GCS is in charge of Service Data Analytics. The role will help continuously support our Affiliates with operational reporting and participating in projects to stabilize and evolve the IT landscape. The perfect candidate:We are looking for a professional candidate with business process management experience in a software integration project. The candidate should be highly skilled in reporting and data management. General Information:

  • Team: new team, close collaboration with Spain Team of 5-6 people
  • Remote/Home Office: max. 3 days a week possible
  • Travel: possible in Europe (Mannheim and Spain)

 Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update and optimize various data-driven business processes
  • Cooperate with the Diagnostics IT team/Accenture to fix and adjust inefficient processes/bugs
  • Creation of tableau reports from various data sources
  • Support affiliates with data-related requests and queries
  • Manage the transition and impact of the implementation of new tools and processes
  • Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and data performance issues/errors
  • Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
  • Support initiatives for data integrity
  • Train end-users on reports and dashboards
  • Work with various stakeholders to identify process improvements opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies
  • Document and share kledge among colleagues of current processes and calculations
  • Transition activities and responsibilities at the end of the assignment to a new team, which will be built in Spain

 Must Haves:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science/engineering etc.
  • Min. 3+ years experience in Business Process Management, preferred in the regulated environment
  • Min. 3 years of Project Management experience and Process optimization, preferred in software integration projects
  • Hands-on experience in Large Data Sets management and Database management
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Sflake and Salesforce
  • Fluency in English spoken and written
  • Strong communication and solution orientation, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex organizational or technical problems
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
  • Excellent facilitation, organizational change techniques and stakeholder management skills
  • A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
