PMO RMS Consumables (EW)

Are you ready for a new challenge? Are you a proactive PMO? Then this role is for you!In this interesting role as a PMO, you are working for a Pharma / Medical diagnostic company that offers solutions to health care, with a global presence. Roles & Responsibilities: 

•  Serves the RMS Consumables Division in the program/project management methodology
•  Supports the definition and management of program/project governance processes and procedures
• Supports the definition and implementation of program/project management
• processes o Supports the development and maintain harmonized project planning templates to facilitate resource planning and budgeting
• process • Provides targeted support to RMS Consumables leader and program leaders
•  Manages scope, schedule, and budget at the program level (consolidating input from sub-project leaders)
•  Provides centralized management of program changes, risk monitoring, problem resolution, and decision making and manages all related documentation
•  Provides a solid evidence base for decision making
•  Performs program-level reporting (consolidating input from project leaders)
•  Supervises and advises each project leader on all questions of project management and project execution without personally managing individual project components.

 Secondary tasks: 

•  Participation in supplier development and support in supplier audits
•  Participation in the introduction of new employees
•  Participation in or management of organizational development projects

 Must Haves: 

•  University or technical college degree in the field of medical technology or in an engineering, scientific or technical direction (e.g. mechanical engineering, automation technology/materials technology)
•  At least. 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in a strictly regulated area 
•  Min. 3 years of professional experience in project management with external partners/suppliers 
•  Very good kledge of SmartSheet, Microsoft Office, and ogle suite 
•  High level of commitment, willingness to support the team in various projects, and fast Ability to understand various interdisciplinary processes/procedures (*****)
•  Personal distinction through high teamwork, flexibility, responsibility for results, and resilience
•  Very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written) are required 

Nice to Haves:  Basic technical training (EFZ) in the field of plastics technology, toolmaking, polymechanics or similar with practical Experience in the plastics sector, medical technology, and project management is an advantage. We are looking forward to your application. od luck.
