You are a keen and young person who is interested in getting to k the full employee lifecycle and all aspects of an HR job within a fast-growing and multinational company? We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-driven HR Coordinator to support our team in a very broad range of HR tasks. Ideally, you are passionate about sports, can identify with the Specialized brand and bring along good social and interpersonal skills as well as a high service- and detail-orientation.To strengthen our team located in Hünenberg (ZG), Switzerland, we are seeking a HR Coordinator to commence immediately or by agreement.  How you’ll make a difference

  • Support recruitment process including preparation of job descriptions and advertisements, coordination of interview process and communication with applicants and candidates
  • Support handling of paperwork for new hires (job offers, employment agreements, insurances, database, and system maintenance, onboardings, introduction plans incl. coordination for appointments, preparation of 1st working day, etc.)
  • Support HR team in all relevant HR administration tasks and across full employee lifecycle (registration/deregistration for insurances, applications for residence permits, withholding tax registrations, maintenance of absence tracking, accident and illness reports, drafting interim and final reference letters, issuing general confirmations etc.)
  • Support handling of paperwork for offboardings
  • Support internal communication (staff updates, newsletters, other communication, townhall meetings)
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives
  • General Administrative Support within HR and Office Management field

 What you need to win

  • Commercial education (KV, commercial school or comparable) or bachelor in HR or relevant field
  • preferably first experience in HR administration
  • Very good social, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High discretion and good in dealing with confidential information
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and friendly person with a high service-orientation
  • Precise working-style, high attention to detail and demand for accuracy
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Profound IT user kledge (MS Office, Outlook) and ability to cope with a wide range of different tools and applications
  • Passion for sports and the Specialized brand
