Lead Software Engineer & Software Architect (C# Angu

Salary 90’000 - 110’000 CHF per year
Requirements:- You like taking responsibility and have professional experience driving cloud (and desktop) application development (frontend & backend)

Specifically with modern software and test-driven development practices, including agile methodologies

You have a very good understanding of the required infrastructure

You think about automating everything

You have excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management

You are a passionate techie and are ideally familiar with our tech stack

You have experience applying Event-Driven architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

You express your opinion freely, but are willing to conform to the broader consensus

Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus



Responsibilities:- You take over technical leadership for strategically important software services

You shape our digitization strategy through innovative IoT & Cloud Solutions

You are responsible for the software architecture and technology stack

You align the requirements with Product Management and other Tech Leads to create high level work packages

You support and guide with vertical slicing, the realization and code reviews
You collaborate with the Cloud Architect to deliver cost efficient, yet reliable, secure, high-per-forming and maintainable software

You code, because you love clean code, good performance, scalability and meaningful test coverage
