Complaint Lab Technician


Your role: · Handle complaint sample from reception to supplier shipment, as per applicable procedure· maintain data entries of complaints/investigations in the databases (TrackWise, FRACAS) up-to-date.· To review, evaluate devices complaints and perform standardized investigations on samples, as appropriate.· To request complaint samples from subsidiaries and ensure any e-Device data collection requirements are addressed in a timely manner.· To forward samples, request investigation reports and follow-up investigations at suppliers. · Contribute to preparation of the vigilance assessment, upon investigation assignment to Ares Trading medical devices to identify potential reportable event. · Escalate immediately relevant information in case of critical situation to the ATSA Authorized Representative.


Your profile: · Education : scientific background· Well-organized, proactive, independent, meticulous, precise and quick.· od team player and good communicator.· Able to follow a process and deliver repeatable high-quality work.· Flexible, mature, discrete, self-motivation and excellent professional attitude.· Proficient with personal computers and with office and database software.· Fluent in English. Other main European languages would be an asset.· Excellent writing skills.· First experience in customer support / complaint handling or experienced with medical devices would be an asset.
