Exciting Challenges :
We are looking for a charismatic and competent person for the global rollout of Performance and al Management Processes.
  • Responsible for successful implementation of HR processes in area of Performance and al Management
  • Responsible for project management activities (communication package design, onboarding of key stakeholders, training on the system, user adoption and change management)
  • You drive and coordinate the rollout of key corporate initiatives in the regions and manage the scope and timeline (coordination with regional HRIS HUBS and local HR managers)
  • You act as ambassador of corporate people processes and drive adoption of the HRIS system initiatives
  • You conceptualize onboarding material and deliver HR processes approach and HRIS trainings to the regions/or selected stakeholder (key users)
  • From business perspective, you coordinate smooth and successful implementation of change requests from the regions (clarification of the requirements, impact on other functional areas, impact on interfaces, impact on different stakeholders.  Technical system configuration won`t be within the area of responsibility).
  • You are responsible for reporting/people analytics on talent and performance data on regular basis
  • You analyze and prepare data for management meetings (Excel/ PPT/Live Presentations in SF)
We Need Your Skills :
  • You bring at least 3 years' experience in a similar function with kledge in SAP Successfactors and HR Process Management field
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable
  • You have excellent oral and written English skills, German is a plus
  • You are passionate about creating onboarding and user adoption concepts, delivering training and support in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to operate with unkns
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently, set priorities and solve problems
  • You are capable of performing multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are experienced in interacting and communicating with multiple stakeholders to assess and meet their support needs
  • You are proficient at MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT
