Career Coach at coaching with nesli
Nesli’s story started in Istanbul, where she dreamed of building a life in Europe. After moving to Germany for a master’s degree, she landed a corporate job in Berlin, but something felt off. The path looked “right” on paper, yet deeply unfulfilling.
That question “Something is missing, but what?” sparked a long journey inward and outward. Nesli explored how to bring meaning and aliveness into both traditional and non-traditional careers.
Today, she’s a certified career coach helping Gen Z and Millennial expats, migrants and international students build values-aligned work without burnout.
She’s now based in Potsdam, surrounded by lakes and forest, where she coaches online, grows her own veggies and continues redefining what success can look like.
