Edith van Ruitenbeek
Edith van Ruitenbeek is an attorney since 1997 and co-founder of van Hilten de Vries van Ruitenbeek Advocaten & Mediators in 2012, the precursor of Van Hilten Advocaten & Mediators B.V..She is a member of IAFL (International Academy of Family Lawyers). She is also a mediator and a collaborative law attorney. She has background in exact sciences and worked in a general practice during the start of her legal career. Meanwhile Edith has specialized in family law and also handles international divorce cases. She is fluent in French and English. Regularly she confers with the judiciary and other organisations about problems in the family law sector. Edith also publishes articles on international aspects of divorce. She is a member of social professional associations like MFN, Vfas, VVCP. Edith gained working experience in industries before she became a lawyer, which serves her well in her day-to-day practice. She has an analytic mind and easily works with clients with a technical background. Edith prefers cases where financial aspects as well as human aspects matter. When needed, she activates her network of tax lawyers, accountants, notaries, psychologists or lawyers abroad.
