We offer a very nice, sunny and modern apartment in Zurich, inside a 3 family house recently renovated. It's on a very quiet location at Witikon. The bus stop that leads from and to the main station is 250m away, but if you prefer driving there is a free private parking subject to availability and a semi public EV Charger, If the parking is not available you can also park on the street (blue zone) according to the city of Zurich rules. ALDI, Denner & Migros supermarkets are 280m away in a shopping mall and if you like jogging or nature, the forest it's at the end of the street.

This apartment is ideal for families or business travelers that don’t care to stay a few minutes outside the city center. We are on a residential area, just far enough to avoid the city noise but close enough to be on the city center in about 20 minutes. If you’re a family with kids or just a nature lover that enjoys a silent neighborhood, this apartment is for you.

The apartment was recently renovated, we have a modern induction kitchen and a bathroom with a Geberit toiled/bidet plus a jacuzzi type bathtub for your enjoinment. There are two balconies, one looking forward to the lake and the other at the back of the kitchen. We have king beds(180x200cm) in all rooms and one of them can be split to become two single beds according to your requirements (please ask beforehand). There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The living room has a smart TV with Swiss channels, also a dining table for 6 persons.

The apartment is located on the first floor. All the apartment is yours when you book, you will have a private entrance, also access to a shared garden and a pergola with a grill (only on summer).
