The apartment is situated in a quiet yet very central location with excellent transport links, close to the new stock exchange and the Sihl Promenade.

All apartments feature a kitchen and a bathroom and are appealingly furnished. Fair rates and a perfect housekeeping service guarantee a satisfying stay.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the building (not in the apartment) and are shared with other residents. Both are free of charge.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM OWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.
