The Apartments

We offer very nice, sunny and comfortable apartments, inside a 3 family house recently renovated. The house it's on a very quiet location in a blind street near the woods. The bus stop that leads from and to the main station (Zurich HB) is 250m away but if you prefer driving we have a parking and a EV Charger. ALDI, Denner & Migros supermarkets are 280m away in a shopping mall and if you like jogging or nature, the forest it's at the end of the street.

The apartments were recently renovated, they have a modern induction kitchen and a bathroom with a Geberit toiled/bidet plus a jacuzzi type bathtub for your enjoinment. There are two balconies, one looking forward to the lake and the other at the back of the kitchen. We have king beds(180x200cm) in all rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The living room has a smart TV with Swiss channels, also a dining table for 6 persons and high speed Wi-Fi.

The house located in Witikon at 20 min from the Main Station (Zurich HB). The Zurich Kloten Airport is 14.5 km and can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The Inter-Community School Zurich in Zumikon is 6.0 km away and their bus also serves our street

The neighborhood

Witikon is one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods at the east side of the Zurich Lake where the sun reaches all year long. Close we have the Zurich Zoo and the Dolder Bath & Ice Skating, the forest is at the end of the street and three supermarkets (Aldi, Migros and Denner) are on a shopping mall 300 meters away from the house.

The east side of the lake offers several distractions if you like arts and culture, close is The Kunsthaus (Art Museum), The Bellerive Museum, The Tram Museum, The Corbusier House, The China Garden, the Opera House and of course the lake where you can take a swim or go for a picnic in summer.

Public Transport

The trolley bus Nr. 31 brings you directly to us in about 20 min. from Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB). Our bus stop is WASERSTRASSE, located 200m(656ft) from our house.

If you want to take tram and bus the whole day within the city, we recommend buying a day ticket «Tageskarte», it is valid 24 hours. If you come home after 24:00, you NEED to buy a special Night Ticket. Without this ticket you will be punished if there is a ticket check.

Tickets can be bought at the ticket machine at each stop either in cash or by card. There is also a phone APP «ZVV» where you can buy tickets from your phone.

Parking / EV Charging Station

We offer one parking spot per apartment. If you come with an electric vehicle, we have a semi public Type2 with 22Kw Max. EV charger.
