All apartments have been recently renovated and feature a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware, cutlery and crockery, a bathroom and a balcony.

The Oerlikon railway station, shopping centres, and the next tram and bus stops are just 2 minutes away from the Swiss Star Zurich Oerlikon - contactless self check-in. The highway is accessible within 5 minutes and it takes you also only 5 minutes by train (15 minutes by tram) to get to the city centre.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM OWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.

Parking is available for CHF 150 per month as per availability.
