Cozy one-bedroom apartment a few steps from the station and the Lugano lakefront, tastefully furnished and complete with all the comforts for your leisure vacation or business stay in the city!The living room consists of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa for your relaxation or reading a book, which becomes a double bed for the night, and the dining area with a modern wooden table for 6 people. From here you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy the mild Ticino climate year-round.The kitchen is separate, corner, equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is double and complete with a closet to store your wardrobe. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with a tub-shower.A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours.
