The "Magnolia II" Business Apartment with its 36m2 living space offers impressive living comfort. The practical furnishing and the beautiful furnishings make the apartment a real oasis of well-being. The apartment is equipped with a wide double bed, which offers optimal sleeping comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hotplates, refrigerator, freezer and a microwave oven. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. In the basement there are washing machines which can be used free of charge. Wi-Fi internet and a TV are available for business or pleasure. For persons with a car we have a limited number of parking spaces, which can be rented for an additional charge.

The business apartment is centrally located. The train station and Lake Zug are just a few steps away. In the same building as the apartment is the pizzeria La Campana. You will also find various restaurants and catering facilities in the immediate vicinity.
From Cham station, buses 7, 8 and 42 will take you to Cham Neudorf in just 3 minutes. There you will find a shopping centre, a Migros and a Coop. From the station you reach Zug by S-Bahn in 5 minutes. Lucerne is also not far away, the S-Bahn takes about 30 minutes.
