What you manage:
- Daily operation of the IDM solution, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver process handling, privileged access handling, identity management, application onboarding etc.
- Creating and maintaining rules/workflows, role documentation, procedures and standards
- Preparing and executing recertification processes
- Technical implementation, design, development and admin of interfaces, SSO/2FA/MFA, role based access control integrations between the IAM and various Systems (M365, Azure, AWS, Windows, AppleMac, Linux, Android)
- Providing expertise and k-how on IAM infrastructure, initiatives, cloud/on-premise environments and integrations
- Providing consultancy, training and support for stakeholders on IAM topics
What you bring with you:
- Information Technology/computer science degree (Informatiker EFZ/HF), or equivalent experience
- +4 years of work experience in Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management
- Experience with web services and RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and data ingestion
- Subject Matter Expert for IAM und PAM topics
- Ability to communicate in an intelligent and succinct manner, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership
- od German and English skills
Nice to have:
- Azure AD and NEVIS IDM kledge
- Experience in single sign-on management (SSO) and strong authentication
- ITIL kledge
- Experience with PKI solutions (concepts)
