In this challenging role as an Account director (m/w/d) you will be accountable for the following exciting responsibilities
 
Responsibilities
  • Leading client accounts within the agency
  • Leading effective and efficient cross-functional interactions within the agency to deliver client success
  • Maximizing team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for the teamwork in progress (potentially across our client's studios in Europe)
  • Coordinating and engaging with external partners
  • Acting as an ambassador for our client's role as creative consultancy, transforming business through creativity
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients
Your Profile
  • 8+ years of experience in an advertising agency (work experience and network in Switzerland is a must)
  • Proficiency in English is required, German or French is a strong advantage
  • You have exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience in liaising with clients also at senior levels
  • You have demonstrable experience in effectively managing large campaigns across the different communication disciplines, leading budgets and reportings, and developing accounts by seeking revenue opportunities
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills: you have a positive go to attitude, the ability to coordinate various teams and remain always on top of the project
  • You live and breathe advertisement, communication and design and are ahead of technology trends
