    For our client in Zurich we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant Manager 100% (f/m/d)Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the Executives calendar daily to ensure accurate scheduling and organization
    • Make decisions on behalf of the Leader to ensure meeting requests meet with time management priorities and
      performance objectives
    • Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism
    • Be detail oriented and have consistent and timely follow through as it will be essential to success
    • Manage domestic and international travel scheduling end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of logistics and
      itineraries
    • Schedule and help implement staff meetings, events, and off sites, including agenda management, meeting logistics, and
      material preparation
    • Arrange team morale events and/or broader division-wide events

    Requirements:

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of high-level/Executive Administrative support

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Hands on working experience with MS products including Outlook, Office Suite Products, Teams, OneNote, etc.
    • Strong customer service approach, self-directed, assertive, with a positive attitude
    • Detailed planning, organizational and time management skills
    • English & German a must
    • Highly effective communication ability and excellent written communication skills (English)
    • Agile and adaptive in challenging situations
    • Solution driven with ability to handle ambiguous situations
    • Work collaboratively with admin teams, being a trusted leader, resource, and a team player
