To strengthen our Swiss branch, we are looking for our new Branch Manager. HOW WOULD YOU HAVE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? Your main tasks as the Branch Manager will be to manage and coordinate ISEKI Traktoren Switzerlands team on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for recruiting new employees and oversee their planning. In collaboration with ISEKI France's Human Resources department, you will define roles and employees job description for the Branch and carry out the annual appraisals process. As the Branch Manager, you will draw up various annual budgets (sales, investments, marketing, workshop equipment, etc.) in accordance with standards provided by ISEKI France Finance Director. Once validated, you will be responsible to implement, monitor and report on a monthly basis to ISEKI France management, commenting on any budget variances. You will be responsible to supervise workshop's activities, organise and plan machines assembly and their delivery to customers. In the event of overloads or peaks in activity at ISEKI Traktoren to prevent equipment from being delivered on time, you will have the support from ISEKI France's infrastructure. You will coordinate logistics management (delivery; purchasing; storage; ....) between France and Switzerland liaising with the French logistics department. You will supervise and manage the stock levels (machines, accessories, miscellaneous equipment) with the workshop to ensure that equipment is assembled and delivered within the timeframe required and negotiated with customers. You will manage, validate and monitor overheads invoices for the ISEKI Traktoren business. You will negotiate new expenditure commitments with selected suppliers (premises, energy, cleaning, insurance, etc.), with the support of ISEKI France Services. In collaboration with the ISEKI France Marketing Department, you will co-define the advertising (visuals) and prepare the commercial events planned in the budget. You will look for new sources of commercial development under the guidance of the ISEKI France Purchasing Department. You will organise the launch of all new ranges and set the sales prices for ISEKI Traktoren catalogue in accordance with ISEKI France guidelines (margin, benchmark, etc.), You will be the main contact between ISEKI France and ISEKI Traktoren and will coordinate communication between the two entities and direct employees to the right contacts at ISEKI France. You will act as a link between the two entities, travelling several times a year depending on the constraints/requirements of the business. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS CHALLENGE? You are a dynamic person, with over 5 years' experience of managing and developing a business in Switzerland. You have developed and maintained your network in a our indiustry or equivalent, which gives you a very good kledge of the market and the competition. You have a good grasp of complex sales cycles and are able to identify and closing opportunities. You k how to develop opportunities with the various stakeholders in order to bring decision-makers at the negotiating table. You are a native French or German/Swiss German speaker with a very good command of the other language. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships based on trust and team spirit, so that together we can achieve the branch's objectives.
