RPA Developer - Banking sector

On behalf of our Client, an historical and first-class Bank all over Switzerland, we are currently looking for a profile as:RPA Developerin order to strengthen its structure in Tessin.RPA Developer roles and responsibilities include:

• Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage
• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
• Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development

Requirements:

• Academic path in IT
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably developed inside the financial sector
• Experience architecting and developing workflow based solutions or functionality
• Experience with web development technologies preferential
• Experience with RPA Software (e.g. Autohotkey,BluePrism, UI Path, PowerAutomate) advantageous
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
• Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English)
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
