Lead Developer & Software Architect (f/m/d)

Salary 90’000 - 110’000 CHF per year
Requirements:- Professional experience developing cloud applications (frontend & backend)
Very good understanding of the required infrastructure
Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management
A leader and passionate, when it comes to technology, architecture and processes
Strong focus on high quality work and security related topics
Passionate about driving software domains and being creative
Experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus

You take over technical leadership for strategically important software services
You shape our digitization strategy through innovative IoT & Cloud Solutions

You are responsible for the software architecture and technology stack

You align the requirements with Product Management and other Tech Leads to create high level work packages

You support and guide with vertical slicing, the realization and code reviews

You collaborate with the Cloud Architect to deliver cost efficient, yet reliable, secure, high-per-forming and maintainable software

You code, because you love clean code, good performance, scalability and meaningful test coverage
