Step In Software Quality & Design

Do you enjoy digging deep into quality standards, defining processes, and turning complex requirements into smart, usable frameworks? With this internship, you'll take a central role in shaping how software quality is defined and improved in a multi-team agile setting. You'll investigate best practices, create process designs, and contribute directly to a scalable quality framework for Swisscom's hybrid connectivity environment. The internship’s duration period is 6 months.

• You gain in-depth knowledge of software quality standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 25010, TMMi)
• You have the opportunity to deepen your practical experience in framework design, process modeling, and team coordination
• You have the chance to influence quality strategy across multiple agile teams
• You develop professionality in technical writing, documentation, and system integration

Your Skills

• Enrolled in or recently completed studies (university/FH) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, graduation not longer than 1 year ago
• Strong interest in software quality, process design, or DevOps
• Affinity in network and connectivity topics, APIs, and agile software development
• Familiarity with agile development environments and continuous integration practices
• Structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in documentation and technical writing is an advantage
• Very good English, German is a plus
• Self-organized and proactive personality who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively
