About this role

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

You have between 1 to 5+ years of experience in designing operational products.
You have worked in a product-based organization and cross-functional teams.
You are able to provide design specifications for web applications.
Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma).
You understand the value of Design Systems and have already contributed to one.
Experience in designing financial tools is a plus.
You have strong facilitation capability and excellent communication skills.
You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Designer, you will join the Software Engineering Infrastructure department. You will have the opportunity to apply the Human-Centered Design process by creating interactions between our employees from the operational department and the operational product team. We strive to offer the best experience for our employees, and your mission is to propose intuitive tooling to perform internal operations in the bank.
**Your Responsibilities:**
Conceptualize and optimize the User Interface of internal tools.
Provide UX solutions to develop product performance.
Participate in the early phase of the product specification to bring the operator's voice to the process.
Work closely in an interdisciplinary and globally spread team, innovating and evolving a product.
Demonstrate communication skills and articulate your design decisions to our stakeholders.
Collaborate within the Product Designers community to maintain design consistency across the products.
Propose evolutions, features, and improvements.
Validate the features for production.
Create product documentation.
