• 10 years plus experience in Treasury• Deep understanding of cash management processes, including banking operations and cash forecasting• Experienced with cash forecasting systems and processes and evidence of operating and improving cash forecasting processes• Experienced with derivatives operations, including exchange traded and bilateral derivatives (commodity and FX)• Adaptive way of working in a changing business environment• Pro-active and innovative• Being an excellent team player, supporting and challenging each other• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and creative thinking
