Area of responsibilities:

  • Financial / Legal / Tax topics:
          -     Ensure Monthly closing, quarterly Forecast and annual Budget processes
          -     Financial optimisation and follow-up
          -     Tax and legal topics monitoring in line with Swiss law and Group requirements
          -     External audit monitoring
          -     Support CFO regarding ad-hoc projectsand GM strategy as a business partner
  • Internal Control Environment:
          -     Yearly Group self-assessment campaign
          -     Update of our procedures, policies and animation of the Compliance program
          -     Preparation of Group audit on site and implementation of the recommendations.
  • Others:
          -     Industrial and Logistic reporting and action plans
          -     HR administration
          -     CSR program implementation
          -     Merging & Acquisitions support

Required skills:

  • Financial education background and first experience(s) in finance desired
  • od kledge in accounting, internal control and key performance indicators
  • Pack Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Well organised, committed with strong work and persuasive capacities
  • Ability to offer recommendations to improve our existing processes
  • Languages: German and English are a must, French is a plus
